Dipped Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients in Order of Use:
1.3/4 cup Buttery spread
2.1/2 cup packed Brown Sugar
3.1/2 cup Sugar
4.2 Eggs
5.1/4 teaspoon Vanilla extract
6.2 cups all-purpose Flour
7.1 teaspoon Baking soda
8.1/4 teaspoon Salt
9.2/3 cup Pecans, chopped
10.1 1/2 cups semisweet Chocolate Chips
11.1 1/2 cup dipping Chocolate
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Pan Size: 1 large baking sheet
Silicon baking mat
Medium size microwave bowl
Cooking Temperature: 350 degrees Cooking Time: 13 minutes
Number of Servings: 3 dozen cookies
Step-by-Step Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Combine buttery spread, vanilla, brown sugar, sugar and eggs
3. Mix well with electric mixer
4. Add flour,baking soda,salt,pecans and chocolate chips- mix slightly
5. Using a 1 1/2 inch scoop place cookie dough 2 inches apart on silicon baking mat in cookie sheet
6. Bake for 13 minutes
7. Remove cookies to cooling rack
8. Heat dipping chocolate in microwave until melted.
9. Using gloves pick up the cookies and half dip them in melted chocolate
10. Place dipped pecan chocolate chip cookies on aluminum foil to set
11. Enjoy!
